Q: What about testimonials, references, etc?

A: Personally I think this one is a no brainer.  Of course, you want to hire someone whose past clients were satisfied with the final outcome, felt that their attorney took their case seriously, and treated them with respect.  Why would you want to work with someone who can’t offer references or testimonials from former satisfied clients?  You wouldn’t.
